Very good and really kind staff providing excellent services. Big and functional room with nice bathroom and down pillows. - Marvellous and lovely location, just off far enough away to be quiet at night. - Fantastic and free breakfast with cheese and meats.

We did not like anything as it was not the hotel we booked with you

the staff were unpleasant and unhelpful the lift broke down and we were on the fourth floor

Hotel Machova though located a bit far from the main sights, is located in the quiet area of the new town… its probably 5-10min walk to the nearest tram station and 10-15min walk to the nearest metro… the room given to us is very spacious since it has a loft and can accommodate up to 6 persons… staff were accommodating though sometimes I find them pretentious… we check out early and we appreciate the breakfast bags they gave us since we missed our breakfast buffet for that day… the breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice… overall we enjoyed our stay in hotel machova despite the initial issue we encountered with our reservation in Amarilis…

Elevator is just up to the 3rd floor, have to climb a flight of stair if your room is in the 4th floor… quite a hassle if with heavy bags…

The service here is welcoming and the location is perfect for exploring the city, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated just behind the National Museum which is literally 5 walking minutes from the Old City Center. In addition there is a subway station just next to the hotel. If you are coming to Prague by train, you don't need to catch a cab since the Central Train Station is 10 walking minutes away from the hotel or 1 subway station. Our room was very spacious and recently refurbished. The personal was nice and helpful. The breakfast was not inspiring, yet nourishing.

The shower was not functioning properly; they do not change the towels every day, actually during our stay the personal never changed the towels; the windows are new though not well isolated - the street noise is very disturbing at night so we had to use ear plugs.

Everything there was good and the staff were polite and courteous. The hotel had an unbeatable location very close to The State Opera. There was a pleasant restaurant, shopping streets and a market next door. Their food was delicious with lots of meals.

I have been in Prague for 5 times already so I would say Royal Plaza has the best location I've ever seen. Good connection to the train station, main touristic points, metro station. Meanwhile the district is not crowded. Very freindly personal. Rooms are comfortable & nice.

It looks like they do not change towels at all. Breakfast is poor but actually I do not expect more for such money. A bit noisy.

The staff was very good and really kind with excellent services. the breakfast was very satisfying and delicious for everyone's individual taste. - the location was marvelous and lovely for walking around a central state museum.

The food at the restaurant here is fantastic, with a rich breakfast that includes fresh fruit and sausages.

1. Need to have WiFi - who doesn't these days???? This is hugely inconvenient. 2. Out of 3 receptionist, the young girl and boy are friendly, the old guy is terrible - he was unfriendly, made mistakes, and argued with guests.

We had to ask fresh towels! They do not change them at all week!!! We have troubles with sink, and we asked twise to manage it!breakfast at 7.30 is uncomfortable, the right time is 6.300 to begin !But it was very good!

The cleaness and comfort that the room provided. The location is also really good. Was not the best breakfast that we had but it was ok.
